I’ve been working on a new book project with 10Ten Media and the Sports Illustrated Kids groups, which is related to a book I did with them last year: Sports Illustrated Kids Big Book of Who: Football.

I love these projects because they are a chance to play in one of the nicest sandboxes around — you can’t beat Sports Illustrated’s photos! It’s also nice to break out from my usual infographics and do more photo selection and page design.

Pardon my imperfect photo skills; they really don’t do the print job and photo editing of the SI crew justice. (Amazon has a “look inside” feature for the book that displays it well.)

It’s a thrill to have designs go from your laptop screen into a book you can buy anywhere. I’m looking forward to seeing this next one in print!
